Oh, Canada...

Last week, we took a trip to Montreal to celebrate our very first real wedding anniversary. This anniversary also marked eight years together as a couple. We were very excited to take our first trip since moving to New York. Considering that Quebec is a French part of Canada, we were prepared to encounter some cultural differences, but the language barrier definitely complicated certain situations. While we were there, we took the kids to the Biodome and Science Center. We tried to find Montreal's underground city, but got lost and gave up. We also ate at an French Italian restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Overall, we had a good time, but messing up the kids' schedule and trying to get them all to sleep in one hotel room made parts of our trip difficult. Luckily, Montreal is only an hour and a half away, so maybe next time we will just take a day trip. Enjoy the many pictures from our trip.

Canada, here we come!!!

Our passport cards.
Welcome to Canada!
Our first night....this is the boys' first time sleeping
in the same room and bed. All I can say is....not fun!
Thank God they have their own rooms.
The kids enjoying the fish at the Biodome.

Payson has decided that he likes
to pose for pictures. Then, he
makes me show him the picture. LOL.
Daddy and Beckett.

The boys loved running around and
actually behaved pretty good at the Biodome.
Payson posing for the camera again.
Payson thought it was so cool that he could
get this close to the bird. After this picture,
the bird jumped down and tried to bite Beckett's
blankie while he was sitting in the stroller.

Happy Anniversary to US!!!
Night #2 and this is how they (finally) fell asleep.
The dinosaur exhibit at the Science Center.
 More posing from Payson.
The kids watching the dinosaur
move and ROAR!!!
Our beautiful and easygoing baby girl!
So glad to be back in America!
